Charging Supervision: You agree to NEVER leave the battery charging unattended or overnight after the batteries are indicating that they are fully charged. Charging must take place in a well-ventilated area, away from flammable materials (e.g., gasoline, dry wood, or fabrics).

Temperature Management: Batteries should not be charged in extreme temperatures (below 32°F or above 104°F). If the battery feels excessively hot to the touch during charging, disconnect it immediately and move the unit to a safe, outdoor location.

Physical Damage: Lithium-ion batteries are sensitive to impact. If the kart is involved in a collision or if the battery casing is punctured or dented, stop using the battery immediately. Internal damage can lead to a delayed fire hours or days after the impact.

Water Exposure: Do not submerge the battery or pressure-wash the electrical components. If the battery has been exposed to significant water or salt water, do not attempt to charge it; contact us immediately for safety guidance.

End-of-Life Disposal: You agree to dispose of lithium-ion batteries in accordance with your local county/state or regin environmental regulations. Never dispose of batteries in regular household trash.
